How much does shipping cost?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow for 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed, our fulfillment team will pack your order and provide a tracking number. Domestic orders will have delivery times of 1-3 business days. For international orders, delivery time may take up to 2 weeks.

 

When are particular items released?

Do you guys re-stock your inventory?

We typically do not re-stock items unless we announce otherwise. Please make sure to check our social media accounts and sign up for the QUALITY CLOTHING Mailing List to keep up-to-date for potential restocks.

 

Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. 

 

I forgot add my discount code before check out. Can you apply the discount and refund the excess amount paid?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to accept any requests for refunds or adjustments once an order has been placed. We encourage all our customers to carefully review their orders before making the final purchase, as we cannot guarantee applying discounts after the checkout process. It's important to note that all sales are final, and we do not process any exchanges or returns, as our warehouse is solely dedicated to fulfilling incoming orders.

 

My credit card was declined. What happens now?

We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually take a few days.

 

I purchased a QUALITY CLOTHING product from another retailer/reseller. How do I handle returns?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for purchases outside of quality.clothing. We also do not accept exchanges or refunds at this time.
