Shipping price is calculated by USPS.
Allow 2-3 business days for order processing and fulfillment, and an additional 1-3 days for USPS shipment.

International

Allow 2-5 business days for order processing and fulfillment, and may take up to an additional week to arrive.
All international orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs and duties are not included in the item prices or shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these charges before your order is placed. Please contact your local customs office for assistance on estimating custom cost.

We are not responsible for any lost packages.

 

RETURNS

Refunds

Order cancellations are only accepted during the pre-order window. Please email info@quality.clothing with your order number and your name. Once the order is processed, refunds are not accepted.

Size Exchanges

We can help you change the size of your order during the pre-order window. Send us an email at info@quality.clothing with your order number and your name. Once the order is processed, size exchange requests cannot be accepted.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns. All sales are final.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Send us an email at info@quality.clothing.
